We Are Ocean's mission is to empower Micronesians in Hawaii to navigate success while honoring the integrity of our diverse heritage. We provide health education and enrollment into a health insurance plan, case management, youth learning and wellness, advocacy training, community building and organizing, community outreach, college readiness training, referral, research, etc.
